Dave has helped my wife and I to refinance our mortgage and setup a HELOC loan. Despite the length of this process Dave has been very motivated, honest and helpful. When we first setup a refinance last year we discovered that we would have to pay a large prepayment penalty. Despite the time and expense (for title search, appraisal, etc.), Dave happily helped us to cancel the refinance he initially setup. He then worked with us to ensure that we met all requirements with our existing lender and then took the extra time to find an even better deal. He even took the time to help us to fix several inaccuracies on our credit report. Just last week we finally finished the whole process and got exactly the deal we were looking for including a few bonuses like a 6 month 4.5% interest rate and a signing company that came to our house.

Throughout this long and sometimes painful process Dave has been honest, helpful and AVAILABLE. He found us the best company for our needs and the cost to us was VERY reasonable.

He has helped to make a difficult and confusing process as simple as possible. I have recommended him to both friends and family looking to get a mortgage or refinance an existing mortgage. I highly recommend him. After going through this process twice with other brokers I can say that my experience with Dave has been – by far – the best.
