I first got to know Dave while reading a number of his posts on the web. I found that he answered people’s questions regarding mortgages. So when I was finally ready to buy, I contacted him about a mortgage. Dave was very responsive and answered all my questions. I really felt he was looking out for my best interests. Basically, Dave delivered a mortgage at a great rate. During the process, a few snags arose because of things identified during the home inspection and an additional requirement from the mortgage company. Dave was able to extend my rate lock at no cost to me so that these issues could be resolved prior to closing. I was very happy with Dave.
